With wonderful views over the private pool and Spring Plantation. This one bedroom apartment consists of a bedroom with a Queen size bed with en suite bathroom containing a large stone shower. The living area is open plan with a comfortable sofa and day bed, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth portable speaker, open to the kitchen which is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and blender. Outside you will find covered dining, large pool and sun terrace. A separate and secluded BBQ patio. You will also find a gym with free weights, an elliptical machine, a floor mat and multi gym for those of you who wish to keep up your fitness regime.
Bay Tree Villa can be rented either as the Pool Suite exclusively or the main Villa exclusively, we do not rent simultaneously to separate groups, therefore ensuring your privacy.
A car is not necessary but can be hired if required.
